Susan Owens (GAICD)
For over 25 years Susan has managed business projects; organisational change initiatives and provided consulting services to public and private sector organisations in a diverse range of industries including: Financial Services; Telecommunications; Supply Chain / Logistics; Law Enforcement; IT; FMCG; Outsourcing; Manufacturing; Construction and Engineering.
Susan has also held senior management roles driving strategic changes to improve the overall competitiveness of companies. Susan’s formal qualifications include an MBA(AGSM), a Diploma of Project Management and she is an accredited Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Susan is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and certified in the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Methodology.
Steve Owens (GAICD)
With over 45 years experience business, accounting, change and project management, Steve understands the challenges facing businesses and executives today. He has worked closely with senior executives and organisations’ boards facilitating the achievement of business objectives through their change initiatives.
Steve uses his executive management experience to assist clients identify, achieve and measure business benefits. Steve has managed complex technology and business change programs, across multiple geographical locations, consulting to a wide range of industries. His formal qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Diploma of Project Management, and he is an accredited Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors(GAICD).
Karen is literally the left hand of Albury Precision Engineering.
Having spent her entire working career involved in all facets of manufacturing (from jeans to weapons and everything in between) she assisted her husband Linton in the setup of their company back in 1989.
With her industrial engineering and business management background, they have established a niche engineering facility boasting some of the most modern CNC equipment located between Sydney and Melbourne, employing over a dozen specialist tradesmen and affiliated personnel.
Jason Schneider-Fuller - Director
After working for almost 20yrs in property development, covering all aspects from englobo site acquisition through to project managing the delivery of those projects Jason relocated to the border where his focus has been more on assisting clients into infill townhouse developments.
In 2017 Jason started Turning Point Property and Projects, a specialist consultancy offering a full range of project management services, focused primarily on property development and construction projects. Jason and his team can assist with all aspects of property development from planning, design to execution and exit strategies.
Louise Coote - Program Manager
Louise Coote oversees Albury Wodonga Health (AWH)'s Project Management Office (PMO) including the Lean redesign team. Louise's projects have ranged from software implementation for research management, procurement process redesign, implementing rostering systems, the commissioning of the Albury Wodonga Cancer Centre and more recently the construction and commissioning of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory. Louise has completed a degree in Management, Prince2 Practitioner certification and is part way through a Masters of Enterprise through Uni of Melbourne.
Mark Sice - Project Manager
Mark has been involved within the ICT industry for over 27 years, having started his career as a Telco technician, progressing into data communications and computer networking involving voice, data and security technologies. Being people focused, Mark grew into technical pre-sales, business development and eventually line management of production support staff, software developers and testing teams. Recently, Mark has been focused on project delivery initiatives and has held positions as Project, PMO and Portfolio Manager. To back up the practical experience, Mark has the related qualifications, ScrumMaster, Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programs Foundation and a graduate certificate in Project Management.
